Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at conniefroia@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Approved returns should be sent to:

Natural Characteristics of Crystals & Gemstones
Crystals and gemstones are natural materials and may contain inclusions, internal fractures, surface lines, or natural variations in colour and pattern. These features form naturally over millions of years and are not considered faults or damage, but part of each stone’s unique character.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive the wrong item.
Where an item is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a replacement or refund and cover return postage where applicable.
Change of Mind or Personal Preference
For returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the original piece must be returned first. Once received and inspected, a replacement can be arranged. For change-of-mind exchanges, return postage applies; however, we are happy to cover shipping for the replacement item as a goodwill gesture.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to finalise the transaction.
